I did a quick search trying to solve my issue and came up empty. I have a Logitech Webcam Pro 9000 that i'm trying to get working under android on my C1. A quick google search says that Android 4.4 has a UVC driver included, but i can't get skype to recognize the camera, but the microphone was being picked up.

The default android camera app can take a picture, but cant show a preview to know what a picture is going to look like ahead of time. I tried both the self install image v1.1 and the pocket rocket image linked in the forums, neither worked.

I see that a V1.2 image was posted today, i'll give that a shot in the meantime. I read a few posts for other odroid models about needing to wait for a webcam framework to be available, or that google hangouts may work.

Is that the case for the C1 as well? Grabbed the USB Host Viewer app on the app store and it shows the webcam in the list. I also tried my logitech C920. With the better C920 i was able to get picture using both skype and the default camera app, but sound through the microphone was like listening to an old dial-up modem. Just electronic noise. My older Logitech Webcam Pro 9000 is just a spare webcam, so i wouldn't be opposed to sending it off as a loaner for a developer to get working if there's an official developer here in the US. Shipping to Seoul or down to Brazil (mdrjr) is probably cost prohibitive.

Or is this an issue that can probably wait for the official BSP to be released? Around the web, others seem to be getting UVC cameras to work on android, maybe once the BSP and android source is released someone will get it working.
