Telecharger Driver Bluetooth Samsung R530 Charger
Well I took my phone to the 'device support' center and they couldn't fix it either. The had some special Samsung reflash program and still nada.
Had to of been a hardware issue with the phone. The extSDcard slot stopped reading cards as well.

So I think something hardware related at the root of USB function on the phone was busted. It was out of warranty but they did offer me a refurbed GS3 for $175 so I just bit the bullet and did it.
However with all the screwing around my MTP drivers got screwed up on my PC and the new phone wouldn't connect either! It connected to my wife's Win7 laptop just fine so I knew it was something I did when trying to get the bad phone to work. So if anyone comes across this thread or via googling. If you are getting the MTP driver failed to load and phone won't connect, all of the long 'tutorials' I found did nothing. However, if you go to C: Windows inf there is a file in there called wpdmtp.inf. I think my file may have gotten corrupted when trying all the fixes.
I replaced that file with the one off my wife's PC and boom, phone connected right away and hopefully this issue is put to rest. I searched this forum and every other for a fix for this problem. Like everyone else I had NO USB connectivity to any computer, however my device would charge normally. I brought my phone into my local US Cellular repair center and they were positive it was a hardware issue. I asked them to reflash the stock OS onto the phone which they did.
That was mostly a test on my part to see i they were bull****ting me or just overall clueless. They finished flashing 4.1.2 on my galaxy and still no USB connectivity.
They said 'youre out of warranty and you dont have insurance, your best bet is take it somewhere to get it repaired.' Then the friendly saleswomen spoke up and said even though I'm 8 months from an upgrade she could likely get Customer Relations to use my 7,000 rewards points and extend my contract and I would walk out of the store with a brandy new galaxy s4. I thought it over and got caught up in the idea of it and 200 dollars later, make that 235 including the activation fee, i left with a new s4. Fast forward 2 days later to today. Having a new phone already i said F it im going to root my s3.
I had never rooted a phone before and was a little nervous. I figured if my phone connects to the computer via ODIN it cannot be a hardware issue.
I WAS RIGHT I rooted my phone and rebooted it. Immediately the friendly little USB icon popped up and it told me I was connected. Since then I reinstalled the stock 4.1.1 software and it has been working flawlessly all night. I have connected and disconnected the device 50 times over the course of a few hours. Connects every time. SON OF A ***** Phone works as it should now I will likely be bringing the S4 back (within 15 days) for my refund.
I want everyone to know, if you have this issue and you can connect VIA ODIN its NOT HARDWARE If you are unclear on how to access ODIN and download mode do your research, you can ruin your phone if you do things wrong. Make sure you get the right software for your carrier as well. They are not all the same. Hey, this may be too far down for anyone to read it.
I was having this problem. Opening the camera locked up my phone - got a black screen. Using any app that accessed the camera also started giving me problems.
(Important to note it happened somewhat gradually over a few days) Turns out my phone was getting full. I had about 1.8GB free, which I figured was enough, but apparently things start shutting down below 2gb free. I moved some photos to the SD card and removed some bloated apps I didn't use anymore. (Free apps tend to be super bloated with ads). Problem solved! Also some backup apps started working again - I didn't know they weren't doing their job. Hope this helps someone!
How long does it take to finish the process on download modeWhat process are you talking about? If your phone is just sitting there in Download mode, not connected to a PC running the Kies software or ODIN, it'll sit there until the battery dies. If you're trying to install firmware using ODIN, perhaps 10 minutes. If you're trying to install firmware using the Kies software, it should also take about 10 minutes plus however long your PC takes to download the firmware from Samsung. I just about tore my hair out trying to fix this problem. USB worked for a while, until it *didn't* work. Jurassic Park Operation Genesis Free Download Utorrent. I found these specific instructions on another forum after getting a tip. Here is my solution: There are USB settings in a hidden menu. (It's actually called hidden menu!) When people flash the phones to another carrier, like Page Plus/Cricket, or when some computer programs interact with the phone, the USB settings can get changed in that hidden menu. Here's how to set them back, or verify at least, that they are correct already and not your real problem.
Verizon SCH-I535 (Galaxy S3) and SCH-I605 (Note 2) Open Dialer enter *#22745927 When Enable/Disable Menu comes up tap 'Hidden Menu Disabled' Select 'Enable' on Popup Press Home button Open Dialer Dial **87284 When PhoneUtil Opens Select PDA Tap Qualacomm USB Setting Select MTP+ADB Tap OK Restart Phone If your phone was on a setting that included '+Modem' this likely solves your problem. It solved mine. **Supposedly, the above instructions also work on the USCellular SCH-R530 U (Galaxy S III) and SCH-R950 (Note 2).
Here are the Sprint Instructions: Sprint SPH-L710 (Galaxy S III) and SPH-L900 (Note 2) Open Dialer enter ##3424# When PhoneUtil Opens Select PDA Tap Qualacomm USB Setting Select MTP+ADB Tap OK If you need S4 instructions, they are available here from the same place I found the above instructions. Ignore the instructions on flashing.
You just want to get your phone out of 'modem' mode. Cheers guys, I hope this helps. Hey guys, I've had this problem for almost a year now but I figured it out and I wanted to tell you guys too. I noticed I could switch my phone's USB connection from Media Device (MTP) to Camera (PTP). Camera worked fine, Media Device, like so many people here have reported: sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I found a thread somewhere else with the solution: 1 - plug in your phone 2 - go to device manager 3 - up in the list is something like 'android usb manager', open it 4 - go to properties of the one item there, and uninstall and delete drivers 5 - unplug your phone then plug it in again 6 - windows will reinstall the proper drivers I have a feeling some time later some sort of driver or android update is gonna mess it up again. But it works for now.
If nothing works.. Try this and i'm sure it would definitely help all.. If the method below does not work or if you want try this.. First check your phone's android version which is very important..if it has got a recent upgrade then problem is solved just got to samsung website and check the new kies software which is compatible for your phone which would look something like: Download For Windows *Please check your mobile phone model before downloading KiesSupported models: Some feature phones, Smart Phones and Tablets before Sept 2013 DOWNLOAD KIES Kies 3Supported models: Note 3 and devices with Android 4.3.
DOWNLOAD KIES 3 Download For Mac OS *Please check your mobile phone model before downloading Kies DOWNLOAD KIES now connect your phone and there would be no problem in connecting it again. Okay so I had a similar problem with my Galaxy S3, rooted running Carbon Rom (Android 4.2.2). My S3 always connected until a few weeks ago when my computer no longer was able to see it.
I even tried it on my sister's laptop and Windows picked it up, but couldn't identify the device or install proper drivers. So what I did was exactly what one of the guys said. 1 Reboot into Download or Recovery mode.
2 Connect your phone to your computer. You may hear a sound that the device was connected. Nothing will pop up though on Windows. 3 If step 2 didn't work, try reinstalling Samsung device drivers.
Once that is done(which was my case), connect it again. You should hear the sound of a device connected. Disconnect device and reboot/remove battery and boot up. (Do not connect to PC yet). 5 Once your device is booted up, connect it to PC again. Windows should now pick up it.
The next step is Windows will then download and install the MTP and Android drivers which for me was 10 min. So to sum it all up, there are 3 drivers your computer needs. Samsung Device Drivers, MTP Driver, and Android Driver. Once all 3 are installed you should now be able to connect and explore your internal and external storage.
